Welcome to Aman (referred to as "أمان"), a charitable platform designed to facilitate blood donation and support cancer patients in Algeria. Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. أهلاً بكم في تطبيق أمان، منصة خيرية لتسهيل التبرع بالدم ودعم مرضى السرطان في الجزائر. خصوصيتكم تهمنا بشدة، وتوضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع بياناتكم واستخدامها وحمايتها.

2. Data We Collect (البيانات التي نجمعها)

We collect the following information to provide and improve our services: نجمع المعلومات التالية لتقديم خدماتنا وتحسينها:

• Personal Information: Name, Email address, and Phone number (for communication between donors and patients).

• Health Information: Blood type and preferred donation type (provided voluntarily by the user for the purpose of matchmaking).

• Location Data: Your "Wilaya" (Province) to show relevant local donation requests.

• Technical Data: Device ID (for notifications), Crash logs, and performance diagnostics via Firebase.

3. How We Use Your Data (كيفية استخدام بياناتكم)

Your data is used strictly for: تُستخدم بياناتكم حصرياً لـ:

• App Functionality: Enabling users to post and respond to blood donation requests.

• Communications: Sending urgent push notifications for blood needs in your area.

• Account Management: Authenticating users via Google or Email.

• Safety: We do not sell or share your personal or health data with third-party advertisers.

4. Privacy of Health Data (خصوصية البيانات الصحية)

The blood type information you provide is used solely to connect donors with patients. This data is displayed to other users only if you choose to activate your "Donor Card" or post a public request. Aman is not a medical provider; always consult a doctor at official blood centers (CTS). بيانات فصيلة الدم تُستخدم فقط لربط المتبرعين بالمرضى. لا تظهر هذه البيانات إلا إذا اخترت تفعيل "بطاقة المتبرع". تطبيق أمان ليس جهة طبية؛ استشر دائماً الطبيب في مراكز حقن الدم الرسمية.

5. Data Storage and Security (تخزين وأمن البيانات)

We use Google Firebase to store and encrypt your data in transit. While we take all necessary measures to protect your info, no system is 100% secure. نحن نستخدم خدمة Google Firebase لتخزين وتشفير بياناتكم أثناء النقل. رغم اتخاذنا كافة التدابير، لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة 100%.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion (حقوق المستخدم وحذف البيانات)

You have the right to access or delete your data at any time. You can: لديك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك أو حذفها في أي وقت عبر:

• Deleting your donor card from the App settings.

• All user data is handled according to Google Play’s data deletion policies.
